If you need to cancel or modify your order after you submit it, contact us as soon as possible. It is easy to return or exchange any Scotty's Fashions if you save your packing slip. Your packing slip serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be completely happy with the purchases you make from Scotty's Fashions. You may return any non-custom item (see custom product return policy below) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less any shipping costs), as long as the item is in its original packaging and in good condition. Please include your packing slip, invoice, or a note indicating the order number and why you are returning the item(s).

As long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original packing slip, we will issue a refund or exchange your items.

Credits will be processed to the credit card charged when the order was placed. You will be notified via e-mail that the refund has been processed. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is a result of an error by Scotty's Fashions.

Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify Scotty's Fashions immediately. Please keep the packaging material because the shipping carrier may need to review it when a damage claim report is submitted.

Custom Products Returns Policy

You may return custom products only if the product(s) are damaged, have incorrect logos, colors, or names due to a Scotty's Fashion error, or contain defects due to workmanship. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery for a refund as long as the item is in its original packing and unworn. If any item appears worn or abused, Scotty's Fashions reserves the right to refuse credit or to adjust the refund amount appropriately.
